Writing in Huckabee

I have been passionatly spreading what legitimate concerns I have had over an Obama presidency for months. I have been disapointed over Senator McCains performance -even last nights even though it was his strongest so far. It was too little too late. We could say that it was a game changer-but given people's short attention span I doubt its strength will hold after the "obamercial" that is unfairly being allowed on the masses.
I am seriuosly starting to wonder if our favorite patriot superstar is right and we as conservatives-and my camp of evangelicals-totally missed the mark. I voted for Mike Huckabee but I was hoping for John McCain to secure the primary. I believed that he would be the strongest lead. I believed that he would be more likely to win in debatesd against Clinton (who at the time was the most feared candidate). I was sure if by chance Obama became the democratic nominee that he would be a walk in the park for the U.S. veteran. I have been angered over and over that us commen citizens can ask and demand and see what Senator McCain has refused to acknowledge. The Ayers issue was totally mishandled. I dont care about what Ayers did forty years ago-ask Obama about the Ayers NOW! Ask him if he agrees with Ayers NOW. Ask him to tell the American people about the "education reform" he served under Ayers for...socialistic upheavel-I know this but people say I am crazy. The abortion issue that so readily is a game changer is not in this election. Last night McCain could have went so much farther with it. It is not just the fact that Obama voted against the Born Alive Infants Protection Act...he also promised Planned Parenthood that he would sign the "Freedom Of Choice Act-virtually overturning every regulation Bush put on abortion. That would include Partial Birth Abortion-partial birth which means the mother is not in danger. Obama talks smooth about no one being "pro-abortion"-begging your pardon sir yes some are just that. My mother had her fifth child after she was forty and she was pressured to abort-she had to become very firm in her stance for  people in the medical feild to leave her alone. She had her sixth about 4 years later. they both are special needs. I have read columnist talk about how Palin is no hero for having a down syndrom baby because"those children" have to be kept up all their lives and it would have been better for society and Trig for him to be aborted. The hateful people holding up signs that say "abort Palin" mean "kill Palin"-thus calling abortion what it is. abortionist cannot hide behind the veil of "its not a baby yet" not as far as abortion has come. Another point McCain could have brought in was the issue of tax dollers being paid to fund abortions in China-which by the way are FORCED. Those women dont get to seek wise council-as Obama is trying to pretend all the young girls preyed upon by Planned Parenthood are. Bush did not sign the bill brought forth by the United Freakin Nations that supported that mess. Obama is for it. He is socialist and he is globalist. That is what the Berlin speech was about. McCain could have dug so much deeper-telling facts is not mud slinging. Palin could have done so much better with that issue but unfortunatly she is not running for President.
To my point-if McCain can be swayed as much as he has-tothe point of basically giving the country that he has "had the privelage of fighting" for over to the socialist...well I think we missed it.
On the abortion issue Mike Huckabee would have been stronger. He probably would have brought United Nations issues. these issues cant be brought up because it reveals to much about things that go on. I am seriously thinking about writing in his name. I know it doesnt do any good-about as good as voting on the independant ticket. However my consiuonce would be clear. I think if all the conservatives who have watched McCain hand this thing over would do that it would send a message. It is a folk dream to think it would actualy turn the election. At this point -outside of Isreal hitting Iran -I dont think anything will turn it. Even that-I am not clearly certain that McCain would be as pro-Isreal as Palin or Huckabee.
I am disenchanted. With my party. With the candidate and with all the evangelical "values voters" who have been backing Obama because there are "other issues" besides abortion. No there is'nt -not for me. Life is connected to all other issues and far outweighs them too. If we would become a nation with free for all abortions then in the next phase we will be a nation of forced abortions. abortion and socialism are connected and they are not even seeing that-and God forbid McCain connect it. Life is the future. Life is a gift and a right. Life is sacred. What do you hold sacred?

Waxing elequent...

gen·o·cide       (jen'?-sid')  Pronunciation Key
n.   The systematic and planned extermination of an entire national, racial, political, or ethnic group.

Senator Obama wants to stop genocide through out the world. How noble. Dont we all? We also want to spread world peace and put an end to global poverty. Not to fall back on the now stale "Obamessiah" musings but seriuosly...I read yesterday that Angalina Jolie has said she thinks an Obama presidency would be "good for her children". Now Ms. Jolie has come a long way since her days as a wild child or sex icon. She found something to live for and she has been doing an awesome job at it, and as one of her fans I commend her for it. But stopping genocide will not happen in a four year period. Just like it has not been driven out during any other presidency. Just like the war on terror has not been complety won in eight years. These are issues that involve people and people will always cause and seek to solve problems. The United Nations has sought to stop genocide. Faith groups have sought to do the same. Every President has worked with other world leaders to solve these problems;however, the main concern I believe of a U.S. President is to protect and preserve the interest of the United States.
Speaking of genocide...Senator Obama has evaded many many issues with sleek skill and elequent language. Just as the now famous "thats above my paygrade" answer to the culture question "when does life begin". Evading answer. It was not above his paygrade, however, to be the only Senator to vote against "The Born Alive Act". It is not above his paygrade to tell Planned Parenthood that the FIRST action he will take as President will be to sign the Freedom Of Choice Act, which will take all regulations off abortion. So much for seeking to minimize the number of abortions in this country. It has been said that Senator Obama has a one hundred percent voting record in favor of womens reproductive health-but when the same people are really upset it is no longer called "womens reproductive health" it is just called "womens right to choose". I agree with the Feminist For Life movement whose motto is: "Women Deserve Better Than Abortion". What about the women who are aborted before they ever get to "choose".
To the point..Senator Obama has maintained that people know who he is, after all he has written two books. Well I dont care. Micheal Jackson wrote a book. Those books dont speak to the issues and neither does Senator Obama. The only issue he talks about is the "last eight years" and the economy...which when examined closely is just a recipe to make things worse. When issues are brought up we hear so much white noise from the Obama camp we are not allowed to ask him point blank what he thinks. He has bought air time for only God knows what. He will probably refute the Ayers connection...again. He still will not settle the issue though. Ayers is here now. Obama does not refute Ayers views now. Acorn- "distracting lies". Abortion-oh yes its above the paygrade. In other words we are going to hear the same...change,last eight years, change, the last eight years, change the economy ,the last eight years. Hear from this angry female American who is concerned about the rights of this sovereighn nation being daily infringed upon. I want an indepth conversation about the second ammendment. I would love to see Obama and Palin face off the abortion issue and I would love to see Obama who has tried to wax elequent into pro life voters ear, squirm his way out of explaining his voting record on abortion. I want to hear what Senator Obama has to say about the Fairness Doctrine-which is the most unfair and insane thing to ever hit courts. There is a whole page of legislations, bills and acts that are waiting for the next President of The United States of America to choose on. Change is coming and both candidates know this. The issue really is what Americans do not know and have not even thought about. The reality is Senator Obama has used a method we used to call at World Harvest Bible College as "waxing elequent". We were taught to never do this in our essays and term papers. Oue favorite instructor said she could tell if you knew your material or if you were justing "waxing elequent" and she would grade you for such. Waxing elequent is using alot of nice words to fill space in a paper. Nicely written to cloud the fact that you: a. dont know what you are talking about b.you do know what you are talking about but dont care to elaborate and what you really think about the matter. c. you are trying to fool the reader. There is another term for Intro To Preaching Class we were always advised against called "the three points and a poem. Well Senator Obama has had three points he keeps hammering but he is only hammering the head of the nail because he doesnt get in depth. Point one. Education-we are going to pour money into NEW education programs. ( where are we getting the money and if its like Ayers education reform you can send it to China where they already use it) 2. Healthcare-he says its a "right", however he voted against Born Alive and recently it was said that his healthcare plan was not "universal" I beg to differ because every one of his supporters say that is why they support him because they want "universal healthcare". Universal Healthcare is also the way of healthcare in europe -which is also limitless on free abortions and euphenasia for the elderly. That is how you "save money" because the cost is cut in lives. 3. We need change and America deserves better than the dictatorship of the last eight years. This is a matter of opinion and it un proffesional to be using those kinds of words. What exactly outside the war can people have such ahte and animosity towards Bush for. As the letter that was bravely posted on the blogs of Town Hall-we all saw whose name was not on the letter to bring regulations back to wall street before Fannie and Freddie fell. McCain pushed for that way back and Obama DID NOT even though he swears he did.
Obama is a swindler. A pulpiteer, though his church is just the unsespecting masses. I have come under fire for what I say and have been almost called a hypocrit because I speak against Obama and then say he is disrespectful to McCain and the President. I hsve pushed to inform people about the records that speak for themselves. I have pointed out the world views. This is not bashing this is truth. McCain is not my favorite republican but I have to say that he has run a much more peaceful and less divisive campaign then Obama has. Biden and Obama have been called over and over on lies -blatant lies. The media barely gives it notice and Obama with his elequent speech and GQ looks proves us to be stupid while he goes on his crusade.
Three points and a poem. Waxing elequent, while all you that you hold sacred hangs in the balance.
